Automatic high-level stacker with hole-leaving system MZ-1200
Description
This high-performance automatic stacking system is engineered to handle various block types and specifications produced by different brick machine models. Once stacked, the blocks are discharged as complete pallets via a heavy-duty chain conveyor, compatible with both manual packing and integrated automatic packing machines. To maximize efficiency, the production line incorporates pre-storage buffers at every node, significantly reducing forklift operation time. Powered by an advanced PLC and touchscreen control system, and integrated with laser induction and intelligent sensors, the system achieves fully unmanned operation with automatic fault diagnosis and localized alarms for easy troubleshooting without specialized technicians. Furthermore, the built-in remote control and cloud data system allow manufacturers to monitor and resolve issues directly from the office. By utilizing independent electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls for seamless, interference-free movement, the system achieves a remarkable output of approximately 210 layers per hour, drastically reducing labor costs.
